01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the phbetj platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through the website and any associated mobile experience. By accessing phbetj in any capacity, you enter into a binding legal agreement with phbetj on the terms set out herein.

Continued use of phbetj after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. phbetj reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the effective date displayed at the top.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be read and interpreted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use phbetj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where accessing phbetj is lawfully permitted;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phbetj or any relevant gaming regulator;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• You are using phbetj for personal entertainment only, not for commercial gambling operations;
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently excluded from phbetj.

phbetj reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming on phbetj, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual person may hold only one (1) active phbetj account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phbetj uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phbetj will close all but the oldest account, forfeit any bonuses credited across all accounts, and may withhold balances pending investigation.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phbetj is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or GSIS ID);
• A selfie or live photo for identity matching, if requested;
• Proof of registered payment method (e.g., GCash account linked to your registered mobile number).

KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 business hours of submission. phbetj may request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient. Deposits and gameplay are available during the review period; withdrawals are held until KYC is approved. phbetj reserves the right to request KYC verification at any point during the player relationship, not only at first withdrawal.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to phbetj. Any financial losses arising from incorrect account details — including incorrect GCash or Maya account numbers — are your sole responsibility. phbetj is not liable for failed or misdirected payments resulting from player-provided errors.

04 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbetj login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your phbetj account.

phbetj will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from phbetj that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phbetj support immediately.

You must notify phbetj immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. phbetj will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend the account during investigation. phbetj is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

phbetj recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Players with 2FA enabled receive an additional layer of security that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

phbetj accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank online banking, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No currency conversion fees are applied by phbetj on PHP deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your phbetj wallet in real time for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfers and retail payment channels may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing times. phbetj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phbetj targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

phbetj reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on phbetj are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Players who fund their account using USDT or other cryptocurrencies will have the equivalent PHP value credited to their account at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. phbetj is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit and withdrawal.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

phbetj offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as published in the Bonus Center section of your account and on the relevant promotion page.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after completing the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and table games may have different contribution percentages. These are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings upon expiry.
• phbetj reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

phbetj actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of system errors, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and use of automated betting tools. Where bonus abuse is identified, phbetj reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

07 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on phbetj are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport being wagered on. Game-specific rules are available within each game's information panel. In the event of any discrepancy between game-level rules and these Terms, the more specific game rule will prevail for that game.

7.1 Accepted Bets

A bet is not accepted and confirmed until phbetj's system has processed and returned a confirmation to the player. Displayed odds or game outcomes are subject to change before confirmation. phbetj is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to system errors, connection failures, or other technical interruptions.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly stated odds, game software malfunctions, or human error — phbetj reserves the right to void all affected bets. Winnings paid to players as a result of a manifest error will be treated as erroneously credited funds and may be recovered from the player's account balance. phbetj will endeavor to identify and correct manifest errors as promptly as possible.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are set per game, table, or event and are displayed within the relevant game interface. phbetj reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific player accounts at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phbetj. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including the use of payment accounts that do not belong to the registered player;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers;
• Accessing phbetj from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Creating duplicate accounts or assisting others to circumvent account restrictions;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or using phbetj for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling;
• Abusing phbetj support staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any phbetj platform technology.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phbetj platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, page layouts, and audiovisual elements — is the property of phbetj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phbetj platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any phbetj content without prior written authorisation from phbetj.

10 Limitation of Liability

The phbetj platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbetj disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

phbetj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own error in account management or bet placement;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or internet connectivity failures;
• Losses arising from platform access from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Delayed or failed deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors;
• Losses attributable to compulsive or problem gambling.

phbetj's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to phbetj in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

phbetj is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and we provide tools to help players stay in control.

All phbetj account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their account Security Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PHP deposit caps. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts displayed during active gaming sessions;
• Cool-Down Period: A temporary account pause of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: An immediate, enforceable account closure for periods from 6 months to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the player may not open a new phbetj account.

phbetj supports the responsible gaming framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). 12 Account Suspension & Termination

phbetj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be released. If a breach of these Terms is confirmed, phbetj may forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with the specific breach.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting phbetj support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a transaction, bet outcome, or any other matter related to your phbetj account, you should first contact phbetj customer support through the available live chat or email channel. Please provide your account details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence when submitting a complaint.

phbetj targets an initial response to all complaints within 24 hours and a full resolution within 7 business days for standard disputes. Complex disputes involving game log review may take longer. phbetj will communicate its findings in writing to the player's registered email address.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through phbetj's internal process, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in Section 15 (Governing Law) below.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phbetj may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — phbetj will provide advance notice of at least 14 calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect, via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notice.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or additions of new information that do not restrict player rights) may be made without advance notice and take effect on the date of publication.

If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you should cease using phbetj and contact support to close your account. Continued use of phbetj after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of phbetj shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phbetj's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this section limits phbetj's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or enforce its rights against prohibited conduct.
